Wrangler Riggs Workwear Men’s Ranger Pant (wra3w060br) 114

Review for /wrangler riggs workwear mens ranger

Price was 22. These cargo pants look great and are solidly constructed. I initially chose these pants because they are one of the few quality cargo pants that are available in my size and don't cost a fortune. I have been very pleased with these pants and just ordered another pair in a different color. I especially like that some of the pockets feature snap closures instead of velcro. Because of the heavy duty material they are a bit heavy, which takes a little getting used to, it may be an issue for some but hasn't bothered me. Edit: i received the 2nd pair and found an inconsistency that i will mention here. The first pair i bought, in dark brown, fit perfectly and are the excellent pants i rated 5 stars and described above. However, the 2nd pair, in black are far longer that 1st pair even though they are labeled as the same size. The waist is fine, but the i have to cuff the legs otherwise i am stepping on them, they are so long. I don't know if they were mislabeled, or defective, or these pants are normally that inconsistent in size. I still like the pants and it is only a very minor annoyance to have to cuff one pair, so i still say i like these pants.

Great heavy duty pants! i ordered one size larger waist based on other reviews and i am glad i did. They run a little small. Putting that aside, these are very well made pants for a reasonable price! very comfortable and they should provide a lot of wear. Don't be afraid to order. After reading reviews of people saying order a size up i did just that. I think all those people got fatter while waiting for they're order! i just took my jeans to get tailored. Cause i ordered only 1 inch waist size larger and i have +2 inches of room in there! buy you're exact size. Great quality jeans. -P. Lewis

  • These are excellent pants and you will not regret your purchase. That being said order a size larger than you normally wear in jeans. I have been a fan of riggs work wear for years and have several pairs of the loose fit carpenter jeans. These pants have all the same sturdy design characteristics i have come to expect from this brand. They do not have that stiff cardboard texture many other work related pants have and are comfortable right out of the box.
  • I hate jeans and haven't worn them for years. These aren't jeans but are heavier duty and tougher material which have taken a beating and no rips or holes yet. They are warm when it's cold and let you stay cool when it's warm, great material and my new favorite pant. They do not repel paint however which is why this is my 3rd pair. Thee have replaced my dickies.
  • I ordered the the 40 x 36 pair. Although they are moderately big in the waist i would say the 40 waist is accurate. I am 6'4" and i am normally in the 38-40 range with regard to waist size in most pants. I went a little bigger on these as i can always use a belt and garment shrinkage has always been a concern, these are much longer than anticipated though. I can normally never find pants longer that 34 in the general outlets. 34's tend to be high-waters on me for the most part. These pants are closer to 38 length though as i need to fold the bottoms by 2 inched so they lay properly on my shoes. . They appear to built exceptionally well with reinforcements in all the right spots and plenty of deep pockets for cargo. Again, i'm hoping for future shrinkage to turn these into a favorite pair of pants but they will need to be worn in their current state in order to get to that state. Unsure if that will happen. . I may purchase these again, but in a 38w-36l. They would probably fit perfectly and get their 5 stars.
  • Would not recommend buying. The waist button hole is stitched incorrectly make it almost impossible to button/unbitten. I would guess the waist size to be 32-33. I've worn these pants for years with no problems, but now i would say do not buy
  • The wrangler riggs line is absolutely perfect. Typically. I already own these in my size. Bought them last year and, if anything, they're a tad too large and i wear a belt. This year, i decided to buy more in more colors in the same size. No. I didn't gain weight. And, yes. I still can fit in the riggs i bought last year. But for whatever reason, these riggs from online store are much smaller than what i bought last year. I had to return them.

This is one serious pair of jeans. Heavy duty zipper and construction off these is better than the carhart jeans that i have purchased. I will purchase again. I hope i can find in a different color. I have not looked yet. I would recommend purchase .

Click to see NoticeWrangler Riggs Workwear Men's Ranger Pant (wra3w060br)"Great workpants. I have several pairs. The only problem is that there is a stress point on the front of the pant where the doubled material stops on the front of the thigh. The single layer material fails here on every single pair. Pretty soon there is a hole there that has to be patched while the rest of the pant still has much life remaining. I'm going to find another pant to wear. I hate it too because these are just about perfect."

(0) Question: Are these "relaxed fit"? i have purchased several pairs over the years and they all have arrived marked "relaxed fit" and are too big for me.

(1) Question: I have a 36 inch waist measured by tape , which size to order

(2) Question: What oz. cotton is in these pants?

The F.A.Q. for Wrangler Riggs Workwear Men's Ranger Pant (wra3w060br)

I love these pant! i only put them down as a 4 star was due to the size being a little bit snug then normal size. I own several pairs of these that i have purchased from retail stores and the pair i order from online store fit just a little smaller. Since these pants don't have a lot of give in the fabric and really stiff, an inch in size difference can make them feel really tight around the waste. Other then that these are some of the best cargo work pants i have ever owned. I would even match them up with my duluth fire hose pants. They hold up really well to all types of wear and tear, especially any type of construction or labor type work. They hold up a lot better then the original riggs that were much thinner and did not hold up to wear or wash. If your looking for a great pair of work pants that also look great and hold up to wear and tear, then riggs workwear are a great pair of pants!

Really durable. Purchased as gift for a relative that does stocking, receiving, and loading, at a large combo deparment/ grocery store. These have plenty of pockets for tools, wallet, keys, etc. Wash well, only a little fading over a year. They may fit a little snug, but i estimated the correct size for my relative. He just stated his first pair (40x34) was tighter than he expected for a size 40, but still wearable as size 40. He has no complaints. I think his first set lasted over a year or more of heavy use and at least 2 heavy cotton-wash & dry cycles every week for a year. Reserving the fifth star if the brand exceeds all expectations and lasts two years with heavy use rather than one year.

Best wrangler riggs workwear men's ranger pant (wra3w060br) in review

These britches are the bomb. They have a double layer of rip stop fabric from mid-calf to mid thigh. They have cargo pockets which have their own small piggy-back pockets. The pants are generously reinforced internally with a gusset around the tops of the pockets, feature a hammer loop and a leather pad at the right front pocket to resist wear from a tape measure (although that's not where i choose to stick a tape measure. I am very impressed with the value these pants present and plan to get some more in the other colors. Since i posted this review, i bought some more of these on-line. One came missing a belt loop. I contacted the manufacturer, who immediately sent an email return shipping label. It was about three weeks and the repaired/replaced (can't tell which) britches arrived. Very satisfied.

O. Pearce, Derby says

These pants are awesome! i'm a boiler tech and they are a professional yet laid back look. My thoughts:. . Material feel. -the fabric is a thin yet strong feel and it doesn't seem as if just anything will tear at it. The thinner feel will be great for spring and hotter days when i'm stuck in a boiler room. Double knee. -i will definitely need knee inserts as the thinner feel is very apparent when working on the knees. The knee is holding up so far. Pockets. -pocket fabric is very rugged and that is one of the reasons i went for this brand. My previous work pants would eventually tear a hole in the front pant pockets leaving the pants useless or needing repair (i never repair so i don't know if it is easy). This is mostly caused by my keys. -i carry my galaxy note 2 and my android max work phone in the same front pant pocket. Very roomy. -i am very impressed with the right side pocket leather/leatherette patch. This works great to secure my pocket knife and measuring tape. It also makes clipping to it really easy. Leg pocket/cargo pockets. -the leg pockets are more of a cargo pants feel but that isn't a bad thing since these don't sag with things in them as standard cargo pants would. They fit my needs but may not be a good fit for others that are used to the carhartt setup. Pant/hammer loop. -i don't often use the pant loop so i cannot comment on it on a daily use perspective. I have read that it doesn't fit many pipe wrenches though. I haven't tried that but will and update. Belt loop. -belt loops are roomy, for those that use larger than standard they should work. Length. -sometimes when i order pants with my inseam measurements they come a bit longer or shorter. These came perfect and work very well with my work boots and even tennis shoes when i change after work. Fit. -they are more of a loose comfort fit. Just use a belt to keep them secure when loaded down. . Conclusion. -i typically wear carhartts and carhartts are good pants but i don't always like the feel and fit of them. I wanted more of a comfortable yet durable pair of pants but i found out quickly that it's hard to find all the features you want from work pants. When i ordered the riggs workwear pants i expected everything as described and got exactly that. The material, build and fit won me over and i will be transitioning my work pants to riggs. I love carhartt and will continue to buy their bibs but as far as work pants i am now a riggs man. I say try a pair and i think you will agree that they are great pants.

W. Courtney, Oldham

Had to return because they definitely run small. They are great looking and feeling pants. The problem seems to be that wrangler had factories in different countries which seem to vary drastically in sizes. Thanks to online store there return process was very easy!

T. Nancy, Gateshead says

I've always wore wrangler's jeans for work because of how comfortable they were to wear. I was going through the jeans pretty quick with the work i do and needed something that could take more of a beating and last me a lot longer. I'm really glad i took the chance on these riggs workwear ranger pants of wrangler's. When i first got them i could tell they were made to last with the triple stitching and the thick rip stop fabric they used to make them. I tried them on and was surprised at how comfortable they were to wear after putting them through the wash for the first time. They are still a little stiff but, i know they will loosen up with a couple more washes. I wish i would've found these pants earlier. They would've saved me a lot of money. If you're looking for a good pair of work pants, i wouldn't look any further than these. You definitely get your money's worth with them. I'm definitely going to get another pair.

L. Alberta, Manchester

Very nice! i have only one issue, the right hand pocket area is way to busy with hammer loop, tape measure and pliers pocket interfering with each other. I would like to see the pliers pocket and tape measure on the left side with the hammer loop om the right.

N. Paula, Medway says

Good pants. . I wear 36 x 34 in wrangler relaxed fit. I thought i had read in the reviews that these run short and tight. I bought 38 x 36 the first time. The waist fit but they were way too long. I bought 38 x 32 the second time. They fit well. I like to wear my pants somewhat loose. Returning the 1st pair was pretty easy. It does say in the fine print that you have to use the original plastic shipping envelope and the original packaging materials to get a full refund. I opened the envelope with a knife and rest of the shipping were thrown away before i returned. I used the stuff from the second pair. I got an online store gift card credited to my account as soon as they were entered into the shipping system by ups. I plan to buy more in the fall. Too heavy for me for summer in texas. They get wet and do not dry out quickly. They stick to my legs and restrict movement. I would call them medium weight. Heavier than the cargo pants i bought from bass pro and lighter than carhart. I do like the amount and placement of the pockets. They could use a small tight pocket for a carpenters pencil

R. Pearson, Merton

Overall, i like these pants and they are much less expensive that the duluth firehose pants that i had been buying. My biggest complaint is that they don't come in a short enough inseam for me (i need 33x28) so i need to keep them rolled up if i take my boots off.

I. Hadley, Languedoc-Roussillon says

Very rugged cargo pants that keep looking sharp even after months of use. They are a bit heavy due to the heavy fabric used but imo they are more comfortable than jeans and they hold up to use surprisingly well without looking worn out and faded like other pants tend to. I will definitely buy more again.

B. Campbell, Birmingham

With ever thing we carry now days, jeans just don't have enough pockets. I no longer use the back pockets wallet, cellphone, knife, and other items go in the front. This way i no longer have to worry about losing things when motorcycle riding. Pockets securely close.

V. Gladys, Essex says

These pants fit well and look good. They feel durable. . The only problem is they are quite stiff. To the point where they take added effort just to climb up stairs. I have some other wrangler pants that are similar, but the fabric is much more flexible. I can't seem to find the exact ones on online store though.

Y. Michele, Blackburn with Darwen

First, these pants run small in the waist. I wear a 34" waist, and a 34" in these pants was too tight. Upped to 36", and the fit is better. . The material feels a bit thick, that is, it's kinda stiff. It feels very sturdy and tough. The double panel knees should add quite a bit of toughness, too. I'd either prefer not to have the leather on the right pocket at all, or have it on the left, as i carry my knife in the left pocket. . I don't work outside or doing manual tasks, so i'd suspect these pants will hold up very well for me. Time will tell.

G. Angela, Slough says

The pants are great if they fit, some are to small, so i ordered next size inseam longer and to long. The pair sold by online store are true to size and pair sold by another store are to small. Then maybe it varies by the color and seller has nothing to do with it, just frustrating. 36" x 30" were 29" long for one and 30" for the other. 36" x 32" were 32. 5" long

F. Guest, Staffordshire says

I work in a shipyard that builds submarines. These pants last 2 1/2 to 3 years! they wear like iron, and they're comfortable, too. As long as they make these pants, i'll keep buying them. I was wearing a pair of these pants when i had a low speed motorcycle accident on a paved road. No rips, no tears, no road rash.

A. Widmer, Champagne-Ardenne

This is the second pair of riggs workwear by wrangler (in slate and loden) pants i have purchased for my guy. He's a land surveyor and works outside every day. He's also a very active outdoors-man. Hiking, camping, climbing, shooting, etc. For reference, he is 6ft 3in, slim build. Purchased these in 32wx34l and both fit the same. My guy loves all of the pockets on these pants. Prior to discovering these pants, we regularly purchased him "carhartt men's washed duck work dungaree utility pant", which he really liked also, but these pants have more pockets and seem slightly sturdier. They are reinforced at the knees and around the tops of pockets so that he can hang his tape measure, hammer, or whatever other manly piece of equipment he can get his hands on. They were quite stiff when we first received them but have softened up over a few weeks of wash & wear. My only issues with these is consistency in the manufacturing. The loden pair had 5 belt loops, while the slate pair had 7. We have sewn the 2 missing belt loops on the back of the loden pair so that they fall comfortably with a belt on them. As long as the pants come with all 7 belt loops, i have one happy guy!

C. Megan, Louisiana says

Wranglers - fit nice, no zippered pocket. Carhart, a little looser fit (which for some might mean better fit, i am old and tighter pants on a fit body were the fashion then . And they were not hanging on the knees! ). Carhart has zipper . But velcro pockets for the others . Wrangler has snaps of good quality. I think the perfect pant would have at least one zippered pocket and the rest with snaps. However, they are hardy, comfortable, and good lookingl the 4 is only because of the velcro. . One word of caution if going from jeans to cargo pants . Check the pockets . Before laundry . All gazillion of them, carefully. If you use all the pockets . Which i do to be organized . It is easy to forget to take something out. My pocket knife is very clean!

X. Pamela, Lancashire

Have worn these pants for work for years now. I also use their shorts in the summer. I am a landscaper by trade, so these pants and shorts see a lot of use and wear tougher than jeans and look a bit more professional too. I generally get several years out of them before they need replaced. Would highly recommend them. They are comfortable and the relaxed fit is not too baggy. I'm not a big guy and don't like my jeans in a relaxed fit, but these are comfortable. The rip stop material is a really nice touch too.

U. Jessica, Shropshire says

The only thing keeping these from 5 stars is the stiffness of the fabric, other than that "nitpick" these are very well-made and designed. If wrangler made a "soft" version of this very same pant, i'd buy a dozen pair. As they are now, you'll want something warmer when it's under 40 degrees (or size to leave room for long underwear). And they will be too hot when the temperature is above 85. Clearly the fabric is strong and made to last but it could be softer. . There are so many written reviews here i don't need to repeat the comments about the detail but i guess i will anyway. Triple stitching, snaps instead of velcro on pocket closures, organized multi pockets on the right cargo pocket, a hammer loop which i will use for another purpose but still find it valuable, the leather reinforced pocket edge, the rear pockets reinforced with canvas, the crotch has a hidden panel sewn in for strength and flexibility, and there are material and stitching reinforcements inside the pants to support the pockets. . This is an extremely well thought out and well designed pair of pants. So far i have bought them in dark brown and khaki from online store and i had bought the loden color elsewhere. I like these pants enough to own several pair in various colors but so far the best pricing on online store is with the dark brown and khaki.

H. Erin, Bromley

We bought these in 30x34 for our rapidly growing son. It has really been hard to find pants that fit him, but he immediately loved these. He said they are really comfortable, and he thinks they look really cool (so do we). I'm retired military, and these are made with the rip-stop fabric that was used for uniforms in the late 90s and early 00s. I was an engineer, and i often worked with barbed wire, concrete, jagged metal, and all kinds of other things that should have torn my uniforms to pieces, but the uniforms made with this material always lasted far longer than they should have. You might have small tears and rips all over, but it was very rare to see these with long tears. Once it is washed a few times, this stuff gets very comfortable, and it's fairly breathable. These pants use a double layer of material in key areas (knees), and i think my son's far more likely to outgrow these than outlast them.

. Theresa, Liverpool says

I've got about five pairs of these and i love em'! in fact, the double fabric on the thighs of these pants saved my leg last weekend. I was using a chainsaw and the moving chain hit my thigh. The chain cut the outer fabric which gave me enough warning to keep my leg from turning to hamburger. The pants are well built and very durable. They keep their color and the cargo pockets provide excellent storage. The only thing i would get rid of is that hammer loop sewn in. I always cut that off!

J. Crawford, Haute-Normandie

Very rugged pair of cargos. Be sure to order your size and they don't have any give. The pants could use a little more room around the knee and lower thigh area. Going up stairs 'drags' your knees down. They feel like a form of denim - would prefer a cooler material . Like a cotton blend.

Z. Alice, Pennsylvania says

From the perspective of a machinist, i'd say these pants are rugged, well designed, fancy enough for interaction with the upper end self entitled, and reasonably priced comparatively speaking. A little tight in the hips in the beginning with some bagginess below that. Long in the waist, as well. Got lots of compliments from the gals and the guys? at work. Nice accents here and there that make the pants seem like they are built for the long haul but the failure points will probably be in the seat or crotch or somewhere like that.

Disadvantage and Critical reviews

J. Matherly, Illinois says

Stand up to the job thus far but really wsh they made this pant without the very wide elephant legs at the bottom that just collect mud on the job. Work boots are nowhere near that big at the top.

I. Terry, Saarland

The material seems solid, they look fine, the design concept is nice, and i do not see any issues with the quality of the construction. However, my 36" waist is about a 32". I am definitely not in the best shape of my life, but all of my pants are 36x34; 38-inchers still fall off. I could not even get the fly zipped, let alone get these buttoned. It's a shame, too, because it's always nice to find pants that aren't the "skinny" look. I like being able to bend my knees and these look like they are designed for those of us who are not built like mick jagger. . I would like to exchange these for a bigger size but these were so far off the mark that i think there's a strong possibility that the next pair would be wrong one way or another.

C. Nellie, Salford says

Fit great, but sent wrong color (twice). Nice pants, wish i could get any shade of. Tan instead of green.

P. April, Halton

Heavy material, well made, nicely designed but way way too small.

L. Elida, Montana says

Finally a pair of pants that is just right for me! i'm 6'5" and got an ample butt and thighs, i spend a lot of time hiking for my jobs and kept burning through pants that were ill fitting. These fit like a glove, are the correct length and are comfortable. I immediately ordered more. . Had to adjust my rating. I must add that though i love these pants they do have a flaw in that ther wear down terribly in the crotch. I'll keep buying them but the flaw must be noted.

H. Judith, Bournemouth

I will wear them in fall/winter with under layers. The length is way out of control though. No way are my pants 30" inseam. Same size i buy in all pants and these hang way over my feet and even bunch up with tall boots on.

O. Susan, Prince Edward Island says

The size is to small. I ordered 34 i'm a 32 they are tight on me. Spend your money other places. After i washed them i could not fit them anymore. I thought work pants were not supposed to be like skinny jeans these pants are horribly wrong.

M. Candy, Wandsworth

Not sure how all the positive reviews got here. And i usually never write reviews of products i get from online store. But i really feel like this product is totally a rip-off and wanted to say so. . Fit:. Absolutely a joke. I get almost all my clothes on-line and i never have a problem with sizing that's major. But with these. I have a 32 inch waist, closer to 31, but the 32 riggs i can barely put them on. As for length, i could go almost to 33 but 32 always works for me. These are at least 34 and drag the ground. . Durability:. Yes, i suppose these pants would last a long time. They are very sturdy and well made. They are also very heavy. . Comfort:. Yes, they are durable, but i suppose the reviewers who thought these were comfortable have never actually owned a comfortable pair of pants. Impossible to move in them. Because the fit is bad and the material heavy, you can't really bend or lift your leg in these without effort. As for comfort in hot weather. You could never wear these in the heat at all. I say this as someone who has spent most of my life outdoors doing very strenuous (often dangerous) activity. It is possible to get durable outdoor clothing that is also breathable and comfortable. I thought i'd try these after seeing all the good reviews. But will really just never wear these. A total waste of money. Yes, better pants are out there and they may cost more, but these riggs pants are not worth the lower cost if you need to move and be comfortable in whatever you're doing.

F. Barbara, Wigan says

I ordered a 32x32 and it says its a 32x32 on it but fits more like a 30x32 waist is alot smaller than my previous wrangler cargo pants but other than the fit i would say they are great quality work pants that will last a long time for someone that works in hard labor

. Bethany, District of Columbia

The material for these pants, and the construction are great. The ripstop fabric appears to be nearly indestructible. But. If you don't like high waisted pants, don't buy these. I generally like the levi cut, and wear my pants (i think) like most guys, down on my hips. So, i was very very disappointed that the high rise of these pants brings them almost up to your navel for them to fit correctly. If you wear them on your hips, there is about three inches too much material in the crotch. Very odd. Maybe appeals to some guys, but i can't wear them. Update: i found the same ripstop material and pant type at carhartt, but with the low rise cut.

W. Kristen, Oregon says

Very heavy and uncomfortable fabric. May be useful for someone who needs them for work, but not useful for much else.

K. Alba, Suffolk

Fit fine until i took the tags off and washed them in cold water, as per the instructions on the tag. Now i have a $40 pair of pants that doesn't fit. This purchase was a humongous mistake that i really couldn't afford to make.

V. Pamela, Maryland says

I bought these because i am fairly hard on pants. They now have a decent hole in one of the cargo pockets. Seems like the they dont even stop you from getting ripped off. Gg wrangler.

U. Joanna, South Gloucestershire

My boyfriend wears wrangler brand pants all the time, and has had the same size for years. I ordered two different colors of these expecting that a 32 waist really did mean 32 waist. It doesn't. These definitely fit more like a 30" waist. Very frustrating. I wasn't worried though since i had made sure they qualified for free returns before ordering them, and i had thought the policy was 90 days. It's not. Today when i tried to return them i realized that you have 30 days. And unfortunately for me that expired two days ago. If you do decide to try this product, order it a size bigger than you think you need and be sure to return them immediately if they don't work.

B. Garner, Havering says

In other words quite baggy. More rivets would have been nice. Wonder how long they will hold up. There are lose threads hanging all over on these pants. Just started wearing them i bought 4 pair. . I really like the colors, tan and loden. Back pockets are nice and deep, so are the front pockets. The fit is true as far as i can tell. Minor shrinkage after first wash. The leather patch on the pocket is a nice touch.

R. Audrey, Iowa

I have a 33" waist and a 30" inseam, so naturally i ordered the 33x30 size. These pants fit pretty well in the waist (could probably be a little smaller, but i figure they would shrink a bit in the wash), and they do actually have a 30" inseam, but they still manage to be so long that they drag on the ground. The reason for this is the gigantic seat. They're called "relaxed fit, " but to me, having a bunch of extra material flapping around is not comfortable. The pants measure 41" long; for comparison's sake, a typical pair of khakis i would wear, also with a 30 inseam, are 38-1/4" long. As you can see from the pictures, there's just way too much fabric here. . They are very nice pants though. They seem strong and well put together. I feel like i could count on them to protect me. It's not the softest material, but these aren't for lounging around. I won't be keeping them because of fitment, but if you've got a lot of junk in the trunk then these pants will serve you well.

X. Finch, Gateshead says

They fit good but poor design and quality. The hammer loop is too small and doesn't fit a standard hammer. The fabric is very harsh but easily get torn when rubs against the hard surface. I got my pair torn in the 2nd day of work. The zipper is kind of sticky and doesn't smoothly. I have to go back with carhartt instead.

G. Rose, Idaho

Save your money - wore these for casual, not work - after 3 washings, two of the belt loops ripped off - not thread breaking, ripped. Very poor quality material.

Q. Peggy, District of Columbia says

I bought a pair of these in tan from a local retailer in my normal size and they are awesome. I ordered a different color (same pants, same size) as what i have at home and they are too small. Thinking it was an error in labelling i exchanged them through online store and the replacement pants are also too small. I guess i'll just stick with my "local retailer" pair :(. . Moral of the story: if you order these order them 1-2 sizes bigger than you normally wear.

S. Eleanor, Waltham Forest

The pants are really great and i love the material, color and the design. The fact that they are only in stock/available in "relaxed fit" is kind of a downer and for me that means they are "baggy". Not a good thing.

. Rhonda, Pennsylvania says

I bought a pair of these and liked them so much i ordered another. The second pair fit great but i noticed i was dropping tools while walking and after some investigation discovered that somebody(or some machine? ) missed the pocket with the sewing machine. . I was leaving a trail of tools around the jobsite! that makes a pocket useless! . . I may buy another pair but with caution. They are nice jeans but what good are cargo jeans if the pockets will not hold cargo?

N. Elizabeth, Hampshire

I wanted the extra pocket and i liked the color; but man, these pants are heavy. Now if you're looking for thick heavy work-wear pants. You'll like these. I didn't like having to carry around 5 pounds (yeah that's a bit exaggerated) of jeans. I already need to lose weight, and when i go to the doctors with these on, the scale groans. This also creates some discomfort for my lower back. I'll stick with the docker's with the zipper pocket-much lighter and much more comfortable wearing them. I still use these-but i don't particularly like them.

. Colleen, Languedoc-Roussillon says

Ordered size 38 waist, 36 length. Both pairs were marked accordingly, but when i put them on, it was obvious they were tagged backwards. The waist was 36, and the length was 38. I couldn't button them, and i was standing on the cuffs with a couple inches to spare. The pants were returned for credit, and i purchased a different style. . If you can get the right size, these are great work pants and i believe they would last very well under rugged conditions.

Z. Elanor, Indiana

Terrible fit, not at all what i ordered. Too large and baggy. I like the design, but why put up with such poor guality control? will have to return these.

T. Widmer, North Somerset says

These were supposed to be high rise, sitting at the normal waist. They do not. They have an 11" rise, that doesn't sit at the natural waist. There was supposed to be a gusset crotch, no gusset crotch. The 30 waist fits correct, but the rise is bad. The 30 length is not true to size. It measures exactly 29". Quality is good, and this was my very last option, because nothing fits the way it used to. And even these fall into that category. Don't know if i will ever find good work pants again. They must have changed them like every other brand does, because the reviews said it had all these features, as well as the video and description. Sucks.

A. Megan, California

Waist size and length were good. The legs were a little baggier than the ones i tried on in the store. I went with online store because the store didn't have the proper length.
